What does a bully look like?Answer!
Look in a mirror Question?
What does a victim look like ? Answer!
Look in a mirror ! YOU could have been bullied only a few hours ago. Perhaps you didn’t realize it. Someone may have called you “Fatty” or continually pushes you on purpose. That’s what bullying is!
If you are being bullied don’t be afraid. Tell someone you trust. Remember telling is not grassing! You may be doing yourself a favour as well as some other people who are too scared. You must tell before it gets out of hand.

Your school should have an anti-bullying policy

If not, you could suggest one to a member of staff. It’s worth a try, and better than doing nothing.

When I tell what should I say

Explain what happened to you and say who was involved. say how often it has happenned. Say if there were witnesses. Say where it happened.
Don’t be frightened.
If a bully knows your frightened they will torment you even more.

What if you see bullying

Don’t encourage bullying.
Don’t copy bullies.
Don’t take a bully’s side.
Tell someone in charge.
Don’t hang around with bullies.
